The PROAKTIV® training concept
Learning through personal experience is the principle that underpins all of our training sessions. For this reason, we intersperse the actual training days with practical phases.
To utilise the time spent in training as effectively as possible, each trainee receives a specially compiled course preparation questionnaire four weeks before the start of their course. This enables participants to define their present situations and personal objectives in advance, and enables us to make the best use of the training time available.
On each day of training, participants develop at least five specific aims for workplace implementation – and every training day is followed by a practical phase lasting several weeks. In this way, we ensure that positive changes in attitudes and behaviour are instantly applied to the working environment, and that training progress is quantifiable for all trainees.
On the next day of training, trainees present their personal implementation results and offer useful practical tips to other group members. As the course progresses, trainees build on these experiences.
From day one, actively promoting a process of continual development for all trainees is our top priority.
